$42 / hour
Hands-on, in-home support designed around both baby care and parental recovery. While we give your baby attentive care, our primary focus is making space for you to heal—physically and emotionally. We support you with feeding guidance, prepare nourishing meals, handle light housekeeping, and care for your baby so you can nap, shower, and rest without worry.
-
$375 / night (10-Hour Shift)
Dedicated overnight care designed to protect your sleep, mental health, and physical healing. While our doulas provide attentive, full-spectrum care for your baby throughout the night, the goal is to give you the deep, restorative rest essential for postpartum recovery. We handle all diapering, burping, and soothing. If you are nursing, we bring your baby to you for feedings and take over immediately after so you can fall right back asleep; if you are bottle-feeding, we manage the entire night while you rest completely.

FAQs
-
A postpartum doula’s focus is the entire family unit. While we provide expert infant care, we are also there to support the birthing parent’s recovery, help with light household tasks, provide evidence-based education, and ensure the whole family is emotionally and physically held.
-
We recommend reaching out during your second or third trimester to ensure availability, especially for nighttime support. However, we know that sometimes the need for help doesn't become clear until the baby is home—if you’ve already given birth, please reach out! We will always do our best to accommodate "last-minute" needs.
-
We offer tailored support to fit different needs, from a few daytime "reset" shifts to full-time overnight support. During our initial consultation, we’ll help you determine a schedule that feels sustainable and supportive for your specific situation.
-
We operate as a team to ensure you always have reliable care. This means you’ll have a primary doula (or two, depending on your schedule), but you also have the collective expertise and backup of our entire group. You’ll get to meet your team during the planning phase so you always feel comfortable with who is entering your home.
-
Our goal for the night is restorative sleep for you. Your doula will handle all diapering, soothing, and sleep hygiene. If you are breastfeeding, the doula will bring the baby to you to nurse and then take over everything else so you can go right back to sleep. If you are bottle-feeding, you can sleep through the entire night while we handle every aspect of care.
-
Think of this as your "baby-prep" strategy meeting. We spend 60–90 minutes together (virtually or in person) mapping out your support system, setting up your home for recovery, and discussing boundaries and expectations for the first 40 days. You’ll leave with a written plan and a curated list of local resources.
