The Blueprint for a Peaceful Transition
The best time to plan for the "fourth trimester" is before it begins. Our postpartum planning sessions are dedicated strategy hours designed to help you build a sustainable support system before your baby arrives. We sit down with you to map out the logistics of your first few months, ensuring that when you come home from the hospital, the infrastructure for rest is already in place.

The Second Set of Hands You Didn’t Know You Needed
$45 per hour
Daytime support is about more than just an extra pair of hands; it’s about creating the space you need to thrive during the sunlit hours. Whether it’s nourishing you with a hot meal, helping you navigate breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, or simply holding the baby so you can take a long shower and a nap, we bring a sense of calm to the daily transition. We handle the "doing"—light laundry, nursery organization, and infant care—so you can focus on bonding and recovery.
-
The Gift of Deep, Uninterrupted Sleep
$385 per night - 10 hour shift
The nights can feel long, but you don't have to navigate them alone. Our nighttime doulas arrive in the evening to take the "night watch," allowing you to get the restorative sleep necessary for your physical and mental health. If you are nursing, we bring the baby to you for feedings and handle the diapering and soothing afterward; if you are bottle-feeding, we manage the entire night while you sleep through. You’ll wake up feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready for the day ahead.
The Journey Together: How We Build Your Village
Bringing support into your home is a big step, and we want it to feel like the easiest thing you do all year. Our process is proactive and personalized, designed to find the perfect "Rhythm & Rest" for your unique family.
1. The First Connection
It starts with a heartbeat. We begin with a complimentary discovery call to hear your story. We’ll talk about your hopes, your worries, and exactly what "support" looks like for you—whether that’s overnight rest or a second set of hands during the day.
2. Curating Your Team
Once we understand your needs, we hand-pick a primary and secondary doula from our team who best match your family’s dynamic and specific goals. We don’t just find a "slot" on a calendar; we match you with experts who will feel like a natural extension of your home.
3. The "Meet the Team" Visit
Before your care begins, we’ll host a prenatal meeting (virtually or in-home). This is where we learn the "lay of the land"—where the coffee is kept, how you like the laundry folded, and your preferences for baby care. By the time we show up for your first shift, we aren't strangers; we’re your team.
4. Seamless, Expert Care
As your journey unfolds, your team stays in constant communication behind the scenes. We share notes on what’s working, from soothing techniques to feeding schedules, ensuring that no matter which teammate is on shift, your care is consistent, melodic, and deeply supportive.
5. Proactive Adjustments
Life with a newborn changes fast, and so do we. We check in regularly to see how you’re feeling. As you grow in confidence and your baby hits new milestones, we creatively adjust our "Rhythm & Rest" plan to ensure you always have exactly the level of care you need.
You’ve got this. And we’ve got you.

FAQs
-
A postpartum doula’s focus is the entire family unit. While we provide expert infant care, we are also there to support the birthing parent’s recovery, help with light household tasks, provide evidence-based education, and ensure the whole family is emotionally and physically held.
-
We recommend reaching out during your second or third trimester to ensure availability, especially for nighttime support. However, we know that sometimes the need for help doesn't become clear until the baby is home—if you’ve already given birth, please reach out! We will always do our best to accommodate "last-minute" needs.
-
We offer tailored support to fit different needs, from a few daytime "reset" shifts to full-time overnight support. During our initial consultation, we’ll help you determine a schedule that feels sustainable and supportive for your specific situation.
-
We operate as a team to ensure you always have reliable care. This means you’ll have a primary doula (or two, depending on your schedule), but you also have the collective expertise and backup of our entire group. You’ll get to meet your team during the planning phase so you always feel comfortable with who is entering your home.
-
Our goal for the night is restorative sleep for you. Your doula will handle all diapering, soothing, and sleep hygiene. If you are breastfeeding, the doula will bring the baby to you to nurse and then take over everything else so you can go right back to sleep. If you are bottle-feeding, you can sleep through the entire night while we handle every aspect of care.
-
Think of this as your "baby-prep" strategy meeting. We spend 60–90 minutes together (virtually or in person) mapping out your support system, setting up your home for recovery, and discussing boundaries and expectations for the first 40 days. You’ll leave with a written plan and a curated list of local resources.
-
Yes! There is no better gift for a new family than the gift of rest. You can purchase gift certificates for any of our services, from a single planning session to a week of overnight care.
